Family Mediation

At Adaptive Mediation CT, we help partners work in a cooperative manner to discover and address the various issues surrounding your separation. We adapt to your needs and work with both of you to help you make  decisions in your and your family's best interests, and on how your lives will look moving forward. Our experience tells us that mediation is able to accomplish this with less acrimony and more collaboration of the parties. We do not act as your lawyers. We act to mediate considerations and not dictate outcomes because we understand that when the parties make the decisions on what is best for them, both parties are generally more satisfied then when judges make decisions for them. Typically, mediated divorces are more cost effective than traditional adversarial proceedings.
